Stree Jagruti Samiti, an organisation based in Bangalore, champions the cause of domestic workers and fights for their labour rights and employment benefits. It also rescues and rehabilitates domestic workers who are minors.

A half a day training work shop was conducted for the Stree Jagruti Samiti team and lead members who have come from Bangalore, Bellary, Mangalore and Mysore.

The experiential workshop focused on self awareness, understanding emotions and emphasized the need for self care when you are involved in the work of supporting or helping others.
