The impact of pandemic has been significant on so many of us in so many ways. Working professionals, homemakers, senior citizens, children, teenagers every person has been impacted by such significant a shift in our lives and lifestyles.

Focusing on working professionals, significant changes in their environment – work from office to home, mode of operations in person to online, communication channels – almost every communication is online etc., have all had a major impact.

This has impacted working professionals in multiple ways resulting in an impact on their productivity and satisfaction levels.

• Multiple disturbances in environment
• Difficulty to concentrate and focus at work
• Irritability, anger and frustration
• Lethargy, fatigue and lowered motivation
• Fears, worries – anxiety / depression – mental health issues
• Extending work hours – with no end point – impacting work/life balance
• Missing the personal connections at work place
• Difficulty sleeping or getting a good restful sleep …. etc.
